Mark Steele, lead developer and founder of Steele Properties Ltd., has imaged and brought to life new neighborhoods in the British Columbia’s beautiful Fraser Valley. Rivers Reach in Hope and Aspen Woods in Harrison are two of Steele Properties Ltd.’s latest developments, one in Phase one and the other finishing Phase five.

Mark started out with his master website, but as his organization and developments grew, so did his web properties. When Steele Properties Ltd. came to Sapphire Creative, they had four separate websites, all starting to get out of sync with each other, not quite representing the brand to it’s fullest potential, and causing way more work to maintain than necessary.

Sapphire Creative designed one unified web presence in a modern, sleek, user-friendly and responsive web design, working in each component of Steele Properties and leaving room for their growing organization to expand and develop. Each of Steele Properties developments has it’s own unique layout while maintaining the over-all branding look and feel of Steele Properties Ltd., each reflecting the state of development and including the details that a buyer is looking for.

Sapphire Creative utilized WordPress as a Content Management System, allowing for Steele Properties Ltd. to update their web pages as their properties develop and organization expands.

Steele Properties also has an MLS integrated Real Estate feed which links to the Chilliwack & Disctrict Real Estate Board, so they only have to list with the Board and not again with their Website, as the MLS integration pulls data straight from the CADREB RSS.
